Ingredients
- K&N’s Nuggets - 12 Nuggets
- Nachos - as required
- Sour cream - as required
- Salsa - as required
- Parsley - for garnish
For Salsa:
- Onion - ½ cup; chopped
- Tomatoes - 1 cup; chopped
- Ketchup - ¾ cup
- Green chilli - 1 tsp; chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Pickled jalapenos - 3 tbsp
Method
Prepare K&N’s Nuggets as per instructions on pack and cut into halves.
Take a platter, place nachos in base, top it with salsa and K&N’s Nuggets.
Drizzle sour cream and garnish with parsley.
For Salsa:
In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Your salsa is ready.
Sour Cream
Ingredients
- Cream - ½ cup
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Milk - ¼ cup
Method
In a bowl, add cream, milk, lemon juice, salt; mix it slightly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Whisk it well.
Your sour cream is ready to use.
