- K&N’s Nuggets - 10-12 Nuggets
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1 cup; julienned
- Carrot - 1 cup; julienned
- Cabbage - 1 cup; sliced
- Onion - 1 cup; sliced
- Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Ketchup - 1 cup
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
- Crispy noodles - 200g
- Egg - 1; fried
- Spring onion - for garnishing
In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic for a minute.
Add red bell pepper, carrots, cabbage, onions and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, black pepper powder, salt and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar and further cook for 30 seconds.
Fry K&N’s Nuggets as per instructions on pack. Cut into half and add into vegetable mixture.
In a bowl, place crispy noodles on one side, dish out the nuggets and vegetable mixture on the other side.
Top with fried egg. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.

- Noodles - 200g; boiled
Heat oil in a pan, spread boiled noodles, making a round shape. Fry on low flame until it turns golden brown & crispy.
Flip and cook on low flame on the other side, set aside.
