Ingredients
- K&N’s Nuggets - 10 Nuggets
- Sandwich loaf/Submarine sandwich bread - 1
- Cheddar cheese slices - 4
- Iceberg lettuce - ½ cup; chopped
- Tomato - 6-7 slices
- Cucumber - 5-6 slices
- Onion rings - 4-5
- Jalapeno - as required; sliced
- Dynamite sauce - as required
- Honey mustard sauce - as required
- Black olives - 2 tbsp; sliced
- Sweet corns - ¼ cup
For Dynamite Sauce
- Mayonnaise - 3/4 cup
- Sriracha sauce - 4 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Sesame oil -½ tsp
- White pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
Method
Prepare K&N’s Nuggets as per instructions on pack.
Lay cheddar cheese slices on a sandwich bread base and spread iceberg lettuce. Add K&N’s Nuggets on top.
Place tomato slices, cucumber slices, onion rings and jalapenos.
Drizzle dynamite sauce and honey mustard sauce; add black olives and sweet corn on top.
Serve and enjoy your Nuggets Sandwich.
For Dynamite Sauce
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Your dynamite sauce is ready. Set aside.
Honey Mustard
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Paprika powder - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
- Honey - ¼ cup
Method
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and your honey mustard sauce is ready. Set aside.
