Ingredients
  • K&N’s Pastrami Strips – 7-8 strips
  • Sandwich bread – 3 slices
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Egg -1
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - to taste
  • Lettuce leaves - as required
  • Tomato - as required; sliced
  • Cucumber - as required; sliced

 

For Garlic Mayo Sauce

  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Garlic - ½ tbsp; chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Parsley - 1 tsp; chopped

 

Method

Take sandwich bread and remove edges. Brush grill pan with butter and grill bread on both sides for a minute.

In a frying pan, add oil. Whisk egg; add salt and black pepper powder and fry it from both sides until fully cooked.

Thaw K&N’s Pastrami Strips as per instructions on pack and set aside.

Spread garlic mayo sauce on bread slice, place lettuce leaves, Pastrami Strips and another bread slice on top.

Spread garlic mayo sauce again and place lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cucumber and a fried egg on top. Drizzle more garlic mayo sauce and cover with another bread slice.

Cut it into a mini triangle shape and secure with a toothpick. Serve it with fries and coleslaw.

 

For Garlic Mayo Sauce

In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.

 

Coleslaw:
Ingredients
  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Icing sugar - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Cabbage - 1 cup; shredded
  • Carrot - ½ cup; julienned

 

Method

In a bowl add mayonnaise, black pepper powder, salt, icing sugar, lemon juice and mix it well. Add cabbage and carrot in it and mix well again. Refrigerate for 2 hours at least before serving.
