Ingredients
- K&N's Pastrami Strips - 310 grams
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Onion - ½ cup; chopped
- Garlic - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Ginger - 2 tbsp; julienned
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Tomato puree - 1 cup
- Chicken stock - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - 1 tbsp; halved lengthwise
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
Method
In a pan, melt 2 tbsp butter and sauté onion and garlic in it for 3-4 minutes.
Mix in 1 tbsp ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, and coriander powder.
Add tomato puree and mix together. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add frozen K&N's Pastrami Strips, chicken stock and let cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add salt, cardamom powder, 1 tbsp ginger, green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, Garam masala powder and serve after cooking for 2 more minutes.
