Ingredients
  • K&N's Pastrami Strips - 30-32 strips/300 grams
  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Potatoes - 1 cup; boiled and diced
  • Cumin - ½ tsp
  • Taco seasoning - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tsp; chopped
  • Chilli powder - ½ tsp
  • Mayonnaise - ⅓cup
  • Chipotle in adobo sauce - 1-2 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
  • Parsley leaves - to taste

 

Method

Thaw K&N's Pastrami Strips as per instructions on pack.

Trim crusts off bread slices, and flatten slices using a rolling pin.

Toast flattened bread slices in oven for 2 minutes or till slightly golden.

In a small bowl combine potatoes, Pastrami Strips, cumin, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt, coriander, chilli powder and mayonnaise.

Mix well to combine.

Arrange flattened bread slices in a baking dish and layer with the Pastrami Strips mixture.

Sprinkle with cheese or until cheese has melted.
