Ingredients

  • K&N's Pastrami Strips - 20-23 strips/200 grams
  • Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
  • Onions - 2 tbsp; finely chopped
  • Tomato sauce - 1 cup
  • White pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
  • Pasta - 2 cups; boiled
  • Spinach - ¼ cup, finely chopped and boiled
  • Mozzarella cheese - 2 cups; grated
  • Olives - 6; whole
  • Mint leaves - for garnish

 

Method

Thaw K&N's Pastrami Strips as per instructions on pack.

In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions for 2 minutes.

Add tomato sauce, white pepper, salt and cook for half a minute, while stirring.

Add K&N's Pastrami Strips.

Add pasta and mix well.

Mix in spinach and let cook for 1-2 minutes, while mixing occasionally.

Transfer the pasta in an oven-proof dish and sprinkle cheese.

Add olives and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 250°C.

Garnish with capsicum, K&N's Pastrami Strips, and mint leaves and serve.
