Ingredients
- K&N’s Pepperoni Slices - 588g
- Pizza sauce - 1 cup
- Onion - ½ cup; cubed
- Yellow bell pepper - as required; cubed
- Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup; shredded
- Cheddar cheese - ¼ cup; shredded
- Red chilli flakes - as required
- Dried oregano - as required
- Black olives - as required
- Basil leaves - as required
Method
Thaw K&N’s Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack.
Preheat oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
Place the dough on baking tray and prick the surface with help of a fork.
Spread pizza sauce evenly, layer it with onion, yellow bell pepper, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, red chilli flakes and dried oregano.
Add Pepperoni Slices and basil leaves.
Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust in light brown.
Remove from oven, cut in triangular pieces and serve.
Dough:
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour - 3 cups
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Yeast - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Warm water - for kneading
Method
Mix all ingredients and gradually add water to knead into firm dough.
Divide dough into 4 pieces and then roll each piece into thin oval shape.
