Ingredients
- K&N's Pepperoni Slices - 392 grams
- Potato - 1; boiled
- Oil for frying - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 tsp; chopped
- Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 tsp; chopped
- Bird's eye chilli - 1 tbsp
- Water - 5 cups
Method
Thaw K&N's Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.
Cut potato in five slices.
Heat oil in a pan and fry potato slices until golden brown.
Set the potato slices on a plate.
Arrange half a pack of thawed Pepperoni Slices with the potato slices.
Cut remaining Pepperoni Slices into julienne cuts.
Heat half a table spoon of oil and add garlic, red chilli sauce and sauté for 1 minute.
Add julienned Pepperoni Slices, oyster sauce, coriander leaves and bird's eye chilli.
Pour in water and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour this sauce over potatoes and Pepperoni Slices already set on the plate.
