Ingredients
  • K&N's Pepperoni Slices - 150-160 slices/1 pack
  • Bread dough – 4 servings
  • Cheddar cheese – as required; grated
  • Baby spinach – as required; roughly chopped
  • Unsalted butter – ¼ cup; melted
  • Fresh coriander – ¼ cup; chopped
  • Garlic – 1 tsp; finely chopped

 

Method

Thaw K&N's Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.

Take dough and roll into slightly thin flat base, such as to make a rectangle.

Add cheddar cheese at one end of rolled dough and layer with Pepperoni Slices in a row. Cover with spinach and another layer of Pepperoni Slices. Roll the loaded edge of dough inwards.

Add another layer of cheddar cheese, Pepperoni Slices and spinach, along the edges of folded end and roll inwards to make bread.

In a bowl, mix melted butter, fresh coriander and garlic.

Move bread dough roll to baking tray and generously brush with garlic butter.

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Dish out and serve fresh.
