Ingredients
  • K&N's Pepperoni Slices - 10 slices
  • Bread slice - 1; plain or toasted
  • Pineapple - 1 ring
  • Black olives - 5; sliced
  • Tomato - 1 slice
  • Red cherry - 1
  • Parsley
  • Butter - 1 tsp; softened

 

Method

Thaw K&N's Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack.

If you want crispy canapés, then butter the bread and bake for about 4 minutes.

If you prefer cold canapés then just butter plain bread slice.

Cut bread in different shapes as per choice. Make canapés with following combinations or your own.

Layer thawed Pepperoni Slices on bread and put a red cherry on top of it. Garnish with parsley leaves.

Layer thawed Pepperoni Slices on bread, add half of a black olive and garnish with parsley leaves.

Layer half of each thawed Pepperoni Slice on the bread, skew small pineapple slices and garnish with any green leaf.

Layer a tomato slice on the bread and add thawed Pepperoni Slices on top. Garnish with black olive and parsley.
