- K&N’s Pepperoni Slices - 12 slices
- K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks - 200g
- All-purpose flour - 1½ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Baking powder - 1 tbsp
- Oregano - ½ tbsp; dried
- Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Green bell pepper - ¼ cup
- Red bell pepper - ¼ cup
- Egg - 1
- Cheddar cheese - ½ cup; shredded
- Milk - 1½ cup
- Oil - 1 tbsp
Prepare K&N’s Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, garlic powder, baking powder, oregano, black pepper powder, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, egg, cheddar cheese, milk and mix well.
Thaw K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack.
In a pan, heat oil and fry K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks.
Grease muffin tray with oil and pour one scoop of prepared batter in each portion.
Top with fried K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks and pour another scoop of prepared batter.
Place K&N’s Pepperoni Slices and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Garnish with red bell pepper, green bell pepper and oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
Serve pizza puff with warm pizza sauce serve hot.
