- K&N’s Pepperoni Slices - 30-32 slices
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tsp; chopped
- Onion - ½ cup; chopped
- Pizza sauce - ¼ cup
- Salt - as required
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Onion powder - 1 tsp
- Paprika powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Oregano - ½ tsp
- Green bell pepper - ¼ cup; chopped
- Red bell pepper - ¼ cup; chopped
- Tortillas - 2
- Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup; grated
- Jalapenos - as required
- Cheddar cheese - ½ cup; grated
- Black olives - 1 tbsp; sliced
- Oregano - as required
In a pan, heat oil, add garlic and onion and cook until translucent.
Add ¼ cup of pizza sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, red chilli powder, oregano and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add green bell pepper and red bell pepper and mix well.
Prepare K&N’s Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack.
Spread 3 tbsp pizza sauce on a tortilla sheet and add a layer of Pepperoni Slices.
Spread prepared vegetable mixture and sprinkle generous amount of mozzarella cheese, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, black olives and oregano.
Add another layer of K&N’s Pepperoni Slices on top and cover with another tortilla sheet.
Option 1: Brush melted butter on tortilla and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Option 2: In a pan, add oil and toast it from both sides.
Slice into quarters, serve and enjoy.
