Ingredients
  • K&N's Pepperoni Slices - 10 slices
  • Soft corn tortilla bread - 2
  • Butter - 1 tsp
  • Baby spinach - ½ cup; boiled
  • Cheese - 4 slices
  • Black olives - ¼ cup
  • Basil leaves - 4-6

 

Method

Thaw K&N's Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack.

Place two tortilla breads, spread ½ tsp butter and lay two slices of cheese on each.

Layer each tortilla with ¼ cup boiled spinach and 5 Pepperoni Slices.

Top each with 2 tbsp black olives, basil leaves and wrap.

Grease the wraps with butter and place in a preheated oven, to bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 250°C.

Transfer the baked wraps to a platter and serve with K&N's Pepperoni Slices.
