Ingredients
- K&N's Pepperoni Slices - 50-60 slices/200 grams
- Eggs - 8
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; crushed
- Mushroom - ¼ cup; sliced
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Parsley - 1 tsp; chopped
- Butter - 1 tbsp for glazing
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup; grated
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; crushed & sautéed, for garnish
Method
Thaw K&N's Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.
Whisk eggs in a bowl; add 1 tbsp garlic, mushroom, white pepper powder and mix.
Add parsley and half of the Pepperoni Slices.
Grease a baking mould with butter and pour the omlette mixture.
Sprinkle cheese, and top with remaining Pepperoni Slices.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 250°C.
Transfer to a platter, garnish with sautéed garlic and serve.
