Ingredients
- K&N’s Pepperoni Slices - 20-25 slices
- Eggs - 6
- Potato onion mixture - 1 cup
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Paprika powder - 1 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp / to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Fresh parsley - for garnishing; chopped
Method
Thaw K&N’s Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and cut into half.
In a bowl, add eggs and whisk well. Add potato onion mixture, K&N’s Pepperoni Slices, garlic powder, paprika powder, white pepper powder, salt and mix well.
Heat olive oil in a pan; add the prepared mixture. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes, or until done, flip carefully so that omelette does not break.
Transfer into a plate. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Potato Onion Mixture:
Ingredients
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Onion - 1 cup; julienned
- Potatoes - 1 cup; thinly sliced
Method
In a pan heat olive oil and add onion. Let it cook for a minute.
Add potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off flame and set aside.
