- K&N’s Seekh Kabab - 8 kababs
- Potatoes - 4-5
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Jalapeno - 2; sliced
- Spring onions - to garnish
Prepare K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on pack and cut into half.
Cut potatoes and soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Remove, pat dry and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Take out potatoes and sprinkle salt.
Heat oil and fry potatoes over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Take the fries out and rest it for 10 minutes. Fry again until golden brown.
Place fries and K&N’s Seekh Kabab in a platter, pour cheese sauce; sprinkle some jalapeno and spring onion.
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Paprika - ½ tsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Milk - ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese - ½ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, paprika, chilli sauce, milk and mix well that no clumps are formed.
Add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese mix well until cheese melts. Add salt and mayonnaise; simmer for a minute. Cheese sauce is ready.
