Ingredients
- K&N’s Seekh Kabab - 10-12 kababs
- K&N’s Stok - 2 cubes
- Soaked rice - 2 cups
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Whole spices - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Yellow food color - a pinch
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Saffron - 2 pinches
- Oil - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1 cup; chopped
- Fresh coriander - for garnish
- Water - 4 cups
Method
Prepare K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on pack.
In a pan, heat oil and fry onion until translucent. Add whole spices and cook for a minute.
Add ginger garlic paste, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add yogurt and mix well, then add water, K&N’s Stok, and bring to a boil.
Add soaked rice and saffron and let it cook until 80% water is evaporated.
Add food colour, cover, and steam on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from stove, dish out and place the prepared K&N’s Seekh Kabab on top.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
