Ingredients
- K&N’s Seekh Kabab - 6-8 kababs
- Pita bread - as required
- Garlic mayo sauce - as required
- French dressing - as required
- Vinaigrette vegetables - as required
- Garlic Mayo Sauce:
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Cream - ¼ cup
- Garlic - 1½ tbsp; minced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- White pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- French Dressing:
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Ketchup - ½ cup
- Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Garlic -1 tbsp; chopped
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard paste - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Vinaigrette Vegetable:
- Vinegar - ½ cup
- Hot water - 1 cup
- Carrot - ½ cup; julienned
- Cucumber - ½ cup; julienned
- Bell pepper - ½ cup; julienned
- Onion - ½ cup; julienned
Method
Prepare K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on pack.
Place a pita bread on board, drizzle some garlic mayo sauce and French dressing on it.
Place prepared K&N’s Seekh Kabab and top it with vinaigrette vegetables.
Wrap the shawarma and serve.
Garlic Mayo Sauce:
In a bowl, mix all these ingredients until well combined. Your garlic mayo sauce is ready.
French Dressing:
In a bowl, mix all these ingredients well and your sauce is ready. Set aside.
Vinaigrette Vegetable:
In a bowl, mix vinegar and hot water. Dip carrots, bell pepper, cucumber and onion in it for 20 to 25 minutes, and your veggies are ready.
