Ingredients
  • K&N’s Shami Kabab - as required
  • Burger buns - as required; toasted
  • Ketchup - as required
  • Mayonnaise - as required
  • Prepared omelette - as required
  • Tomato - as required; sliced
  • Cucumber - as required; sliced
  • Cabbage - as required; shredded
  • Green chutney - as required
  • Onion rings - as required

 

For Egg Mixture

  • Eggs - 2
  • Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp

 

Method

Fry K&N’s Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack.

Take a bun and cut it into half. Take the toasted bun base and drizzle ketchup on it and add a layer of Shami Kabab on it.

Place prepared omelette, tomato slices, cucumber slices, cabbage and onion rings.

Drizzle mayonnaise and green chutney on top of the bun and place it on the other half.

Heat oil in a pan, add remaining egg mixture and cook until egg mixture is half done.

Place the burger on half cooked egg mixture and roll the omelette around the burger.

Anda Shami Burger is ready to serve.

 

For Egg Mixture

In a bowl, add eggs, salt and black pepper powder; whisk well. Your egg mixture is ready.

Transfer egg mixture on a preheated and greased pan; cook until half done. Fold in a rectangular shape. Cut into 2 halves. Set aside.

 
Green Chutney:
Ingredients
  • Coriander leaves - 1 cup
  • Mint leaves - ½ cup
  • Green chillies - 3-4; chopped
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp / to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Water - as required

 

Method

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Set aside.
