Egg Salad Sandwich with Shami Kabab

Ingredients
  • K&N’s Shami Kabab – 8 Kababs
  • Bread slices - 8
  • Butter - as required
  • Mayonnaise - as required
  • Lettuce leaves - as required
  • Egg salad - as required
  • Tomato - 8-10 slices
  • Onion rings - 10-12

 

Method

Fry K&N's Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack and set aside.

Place a bread slice and spread butter on both the sides. Toast each side until golden brown..

Add a layer of mayonnaise, lettuce leaves and egg salad on toasted slice.

Place Shami Kabab on it and mash it with knife.

Top it with tomato slices, onion rings and lettuce leaves. Cover with another bread slice and cut into half.

Your Egg Salad Sandwich is ready. Serve and enjoy.

 
Egg Salad
Ingredients
  • Eggs - 6; boiled
  • Cucumber - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Green onion - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Mayonnaise - ½ cup
  • Mustard paste - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Method

Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into small pieces.

Transfer them into a bowl and add cucumber, green onion, mayonnaise, mustard paste, salt, black pepper powder and mix well. Your egg salad is ready. Set aside.
