Ingredients
  • K&N’s Shami Kabab - 8-10 kababs
  • Bread slices - as required
  • Coating mixture - as required
  • Vegetable filling - as required
  • Oil - for frying

 

For Coating Mixture

  • Gram flour - 1½ cup
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds - ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp / to taste
  • Baking soda - ¼ tsp
  • Water - 2 cups

 

Method

Fry K&N’s Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack.

Layer a bread slice with Shami Kabab and vegetable filling. Cover with another bread slice and cut into triangular shape.

Coat with prepared coating mixture and fry until golden brown.

Serve with ketchup or chilli garlic sauce.

 

For Coating Mixture

Add gram flour, red chilli powder, carom seeds, turmeric powder, salt, baking soda in a bowl and mix well.

Gradually add water and make a semi-thick paste.

 
Vegetable Filling:
Ingredients
  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Cabbage - ½ cup; shredded
  • Bell pepper - ½ cup; julienned
  • Onion - ½ cup; sliced
  • Carrot - ½ cup; julienned

 

Method

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
