Ingredients
  • K&N's Shami Kabab - 5 kababs
  • Sub roll (long burger bun) - 5
  • Tomato - 1; thinly sliced
  • Fried eggs - 2
  • Onion - 1; sliced
  • Iceberg/green lettuce leaves - as required
  • Cucumber - 1; sliced
  • Tomato ketchup - as required
  • Parsley and black olives - for garnish
  • Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

 

Method

Fry K&N's Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack.

Assemble the burger by layering fried Shami Kababs, tomato slices, thinly fried eggs, onion rings, cucumber and lettuce on the burger bun with a large dollop of the tomato ketchup.

Garnish with black olives and parsley.

Serve with fries and coleslaw.
