Ingredients
- K&N’s Shami Kabab - 6-8 kababs
- Yogurt mixture - as required
- Green chutney - as required
- Tamarind chutney - as required
- Tomatoes - 1; chopped
- Onion - 1; chopped
- Cucumber - 1; chopped
- Chaat masala - as required
- Sev - as required
For Green Chutney
- Coriander - 1 cup; chopped
- Mint leaves - ½ cup
- Green chillies - 3-4; chopped
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Water - as required
For Imli Chutney
- Imli/Tamarind pulp - 1 cup
- Mint leaves - ¼ cup
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - ¼ tsp
Method
Fry K&N’s Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack.
Place prepared Shami Kabab on a plate, drizzle yogurt mixture on top. Add green chutney, tamarind chutney, chopped tomatoes, onion, cucumber, chaat masala and sev. Shami Kabab Chaat is ready to serve.
For Green Chutney
Blend coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt and lemon juice in a blender. Set aside.
For Imli Chutney
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend well into a smooth paste. Set aside.
Yogurt Mixture:
Ingredients
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Milk - ¼ cup
- Sugar - 1½ tbsp; powdered
- Salt - ¼ tsp
Method
In a bowl, add yogurt, milk, sugar, and salt. Whisk well and set aside.
