Ingredients
  • K&N's Shami Kabab - 6 kababs
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; finely chopped
  • Red chillies - 3; chopped
  • Rice - 1 cup; boiled
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Green onion - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp

 

Method

Fry K&N's Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack and set aside.

Heat oil; sauté garlic and red chillies, and add rice.

Add sugar, salt, soy sauce, green onion and red chilli powder, and mix.

Dish out rice and serve with fried Shami Kababs.
