Ingredients
  • K&N’s Shami Kabab - 5-6 kababs
  • Hash brown mixture - as required
  • Spicy mayo sauce - as required
  • Oil - for frying
  • Cheddar cheese - 2-3 tsp

 

Spicy Mayo Sauce

  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Hot sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
 
 
Method

Fry K&N’s Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack.

Heat oil in a rectangular shape frying pan. Add hash brown mixture and cook each side for 3-4 minutes. Cut into half.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on one half and cook until it melts.

Place Shami Kabab on top of the other half and drizzle spicy mayo sauce. Cover it with a second slice of hash brown toast.

Serve Shami Kabab Hash Brown Toasts warm with spicy mayo sauce.

 

Spicy Mayo Sauce

Add mayonnaise, hot sauce, black pepper powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.

 
Hash Browns Mixture
Ingredients
  • Potato - 3 cups; grated
  • Cheddar cheese - ½ cup; grated
  • Parmesan cheese - ½ cup; grated
  • Butter - ¼ cup; melted
  • Paprika powder - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1½ tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1½ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
 
Method

In a bowl, grate potatoes and put it in a strainer and remove excess starch. Squeeze the potatoes to remove starch.

In a bowl, add squeezed potatoes, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, butter, paprika powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and salt. Mix well.
