Ingredients
- K&N’s Shami Kabab - 8-10 kababs
- Oil - as required
- Egg mixture - as required
- Naan - 4-5 or as required
- Aloo bukhara chutney - as required
- Green chutney - as required
- Onion - ½ cup; sliced
- Cucumber - ½ cup; sliced
- Carrot - ½ cup; sliced
- Cabbage - ½ cup; sliced
- Mayonnaise - as required
- Ketchup - as required
Method
In a griddle, heat oil and add egg mixture. Cook until it’s half done and place naan on it.
Spread aloo bukhara chutney and green chutney on naan.
Fry K&N’s Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack.
Place 3 K&N’s Shami Kabab, mash and spread them on naan.
Add sliced veggies, drizzle mayonnaise and ketchup.
Fold naan in roll shape and secure with skewers.
Shami Kabab Naan Roll is ready. Serve.
Aloo Bukhara Chutney / Plum Dip
Ingredients
- Plum pulp - 1 cup
- Tamarind pulp - 1 cup
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds - ½ tsp; crushed
- Cumin powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
Method
In a pan add plum pulp, tamarind pulp, red chilli flakes, fennel seeds, cumin powder, salt, sugar, crushed and cook for 5-7 minutes over medium flame. Set aside.

- Eggs - 2
- Black pepper powder - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
Method
Add all the ingredients in a bowl; whisk well and set aside.
