- K&N’s Shami Kabab - 5-6 kababs
- Cabbage filling – as required
- Prepared dough - as required
- Sesame seeds - as required

For Dough
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Water - as required
For Garlic Mayo Sauce
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; minced
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
Fry K&N’s Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack.
Roll dough into a very flat oval shape, about four inches wide.
Add K&N’s Shami Kabab and spread it slightly. Place cabbage filling on one end and roll it into a cylindrical shape.
Press the dough into a flat pancake and sprinkle sesame seeds.
In a pan, heat oil. Place pancakes and fry from both sides until crispy and golden. Serve with garlic mayo sauce.
For Dough
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, water and knead it into dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes, covering with a damp cloth.
For Garlic Mayo Sauce
In a bowl add mayonnaise, garlic, black pepper powder, salt and whisk well. Garlic mayo sauce is ready.
- Cabbage - 1½ cup; chopped
- Green onion - ½ cup; chopped
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
In a bowl, add cabbage, green onion, garlic powder, white pepper powder, salt, sesame oil and mix well. Set aside.
