Ingredients

 

  • K&N's Combo Wings - 850 grams
  • Green bell pepper - 100 grams
  • Green chillies - ¼ cup; chopped roughly
  • Ginger - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Garlic - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Onion - ½ cup; chopped roughly
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper - 2 tsp; freshly ground
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Chicken stock - 3 cups; 2 K&N's Stok cubes dissolved in 3 cups water

 

Method

For the green salsa combine green bell pepper, green chillies, ginger, garlic, onion and water in a blender and blend until smooth.

Heat oil in a pan and add black pepper and the blended mixture.

As the mixture begins to simmer over medium-low heat, season with salt and add chicken stock.

Allow the mixture to simmer for 10 minutes or until it is thick enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon.

Prepare K&N's Combo Wings as per instructions on pack and toss cooked Combo Wings in hot salsa and serve immediately.
