Ingredients

 

  • K&N's Combo Wings - 850 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper - 2 tsp; freshly ground
  • Onion - ½ cup; roughly chopped
  • Garlic - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Curry powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Tomato ketchup - ½ cup
  • Chicken stock - 1 cup; 2 K&N's Stok dissolved in 1 cup water
  • Fresh ginger - 50 gram; julienned
  • Green chillies - ¼ cup; chopped roughly
  • Coriander leaves - ½ cup; chopped

 

Method

Heat oil in a pan, add black pepper, onions and garlic and sauté for a minute.

Add curry powder, salt, ketchup and pour in chicken stock.

Reduce heat to medium-low and allow sauce to simmer for 10 minutes.

Prepare K&N's Combo Wings as per instructions on pack.

Add, along with fresh ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves, to the sauce and mix well.

Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve hot.
