Ingredients
- K&N's Haray Bharay Nuggets - 10 nuggets
- Cooking Oil - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Green Chili - 5; julienned
- Red Chili Sauce - 1 tsp
- Oyster Sauce - 2 tsp
- Chicken Stock - ¼ cup cup (1/2 cube K&N's STOK dissolved in ¼ cup water
- Chicken Powder - 1 tsp (optional)
- White Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
- Capsicum - 2; cut in cubes
- Spring Onion Leaves - 10; julienned
- Cucumber - 2; sliced
Method
Heat oil in a wok and add garlic, green chilies and sauté for 1 minute.
Add red chili and oyster sauce and sauté for half a minute.
Add chicken stock and cook for 2 minutes.
Add white pepper, capsicum, spring onion leaves and cucumber.
Stir all the ingredients well to combine and season to taste.
Now add golden fried K&N's Haray Bharay Nuggets and cook until semi dry.
