Ingredients
- K&N's Kofta - 12 koftas
- Cooking oil - ¼ cup
- Onion - ½ cup; finely chopped
- Ginger - 1 tsp; finely chopped
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste - 1 cup
- Chicken stock - 2 cups; 3 cubes K&N's Stok dissolved in 2 cup water
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Green peas - 1 cup; boiled
- Whole spice powder - 1 tsp
Method
Deep fry K&N's Kofta as per instructions on pack, and set aside.
In a separate skillet, heat oil and sauté onion and ginger for 2 minutes.
Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, green chilli and stir to mix.
Mix in coriander leaves and tomato paste, and sauté for a minute.
Add fried Kofta and cook for 2 more minutes, stirring continuously.
Add chicken stock and mix all ingredients.
Leave to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add salt and cook for 1 minute while stirring.
Add boiled green peas, Whole spice powder and let simmer to a boil.
Serve hot, with flatbread.
