Ingredients
  • K&N's Tender Pops - 15-20 pieces
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Onions - 2 tbsp; chopped
  • Oregano powder - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper - as required
  • Salt - as required
  • Black olives - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Green olives - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Chicken stock - 10 cups (6 K&N's Stok dissolved in 10 cups water)
  • Vinegar - 3 tbsp
  • Basil leaves - ¼ cup

 

Method

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and sauté onions.

Season with oregano powder, black pepper and salt.

Add black and green olives and sauté for two more minutes.

Pour in chicken stock and vinegar and bring to boil. Sprinkle in basil leaves.

Prepare K&N's Tender Pops as per instructions on pack. Add to soup and serve hot.
