Ingredients
- K&N's Tender Pops - economy pack
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Chilli Garlic Sauce - 1 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ tsp
- Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
- Crushed Red Chilli - ½ tsp
- Tomato Paste - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1 cup
- K&N's Stok - 1
- Onion - 1; diced
- Tomato - 1; diced
- Bell Pepper - 1 cup; diced
- Corn Flour - ½ tbsp; mixed in ¾ cup water
Method
Heat oil and sauté ginger garlic paste. Add tomato ketchup, sugar, salt, chilli garlic sauce, black pepper, soy sauce, crushed red chilli, tomato paste, water and K&N's Stok cube.
Mix to dissolve chicken cube. Add onion, tomato and bell pepper. Then add corn flour and stir to cook till sauce thickens.
Fry K&N's Tender Pops as per instructions on pack and add to sauce.
Serve hot.
