Ingredients

  • K&N's Tornadoz - 16 pieces
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tsp; chopped
  • Ginger - 1 tsp; chopped
  • Spring onion - 1; white part only
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Paprika powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
  • Green capsicum - 1 small; diced
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple chunks - 15
  • Red capsicum - 1 small; diced
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp; dissolved in ½ cup water
Method

Fry K&N's Tornadoz as per instructions on pack.

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, ginger and sauté till light brown.

Add onion, tomato paste, brown sugar, paprika powder and salt.

Stir well then add green capsicum, vinegar and bring to a boil. Add pineapple and red capsicums. Bring to a boil again.

Pour in corn flour mixture while stirring continuously.

When sauce is thick pour over Tornadoz and serve.
