Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add red chilli sauce and sauté for half a minute.
Add water and tomato ketchup.
Add white pepper, vinegar, sugar, soya sauce and salt.
Bring the mixture to boil and season to taste.
Mix corn flour with 3 table spoons of water in a separate bowl.
Add to the boiling sauce while stirring continuously. Simmer till the gravy thickens.
Fry K&N's Tender Pops as per instructions on pack.
Add fried Tender Pops and green chilli, and cook for an additional minute.
Serve with steamed garlic rice, egg fried rice or noodles.
