Garlic Buttered Rice with Tender Pops

Ingredients
  • K&N's Tender Pops - 10 pieces
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - ½ tbsp; chopped
  • Capsicum - ¼; diced
  • Spring onion - ½; chopped
  • Carrot - ½; diced
  • Green chilli - 2; sliced
  • Baby corn - 1 tbsp; sliced
  • Rice - 4 cups; boiled
  • White pepper powder - ¼ tsp
  • Salt - ¼ tsp or to taste

 

Method

Heat a wok and add olive oil.

Add chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.

Add capsicum, spring onions, carrots, green chillies, baby corn and stir well.

Add boiled rice to the wok and mix well.

Season with white pepper powder and salt.

Fry K&N's Tender Pops as per instructions on pack and toss into the rice.

Steam for 3 minutes, and serve.
