Ingredients
- K&N's Tender Pops - 20 pieces
- Chickpeas - 1 kg; boiled
- Pomegranate - 1; seeded
- Tomatoes - 1 cup
- Basil leaves - 1 cup
- Raisins - ¼ cup
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Method
Add boiled chickpeas, pomegranate, tomatoes, basil leaves, raisins, salt and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
Prepare K&N's Tender Pops as per instructions on pack. Add to bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and serve.
