Ingredients
  • K&N's Tender Pops - 25-30 pieces
  • Water - 8 cups
  • Pasta - 5 cups; boiled
  • Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 oz
  • Garlic - 2 tsp; chopped
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 tsp; crushed
  • Dry chillies - 6; whole
  • Tomatoes - 2 cups; diced
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cheese - 1 ½ cup
  • Rocket leaves - 4 handfuls

 

Method

In a large pan, add olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, dry chillies, tomatoes, black pepper, salt and cheese. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Add boiled pasta and rocket leaves and cook for 2 minutes.

Prepare K&N's Tender Pops as per instructions on pack. Mix into pasta and serve hot.
