Ingredients
- K&N’s Tender Pops - 780 g
- Fresh Baguette Bread - 3-4 loaf
- Coleslaw - as required
- Jalapenos - ½ cup; sliced
- Prepared sauce - as required
- Ketchup - as required
For Sauce:
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Sweet chilli sauce - 1½ tbsp
- BBQ sauce - 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Method
Take fresh baguette bread and cut only one side of the bread horizontally, leaving the other side attached.
Fry K&N’s Tender Pops as per instructions on pack.
Add a layer of coleslaw and Tender Pops. Sprinkle jalapenos and drizzle prepared sauce and ketchup.
Your Tender Pops Sandwich is ready.
For Sauce:
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard paste, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli flakes and mix well. Set aside.
Coleslaw:
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 1½ cup
- Icing sugar - ½ cup
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp / to taste
- Cabbage - 1 cup; shredded
- Carrot - 1 cup; julienned
Method
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
