Ingredients
  • K&N's TenderBrest - 4 fillets
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oregano – ½ tsp
  • White Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Tomato Paste – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Paste – 1 tsp
  • Olive Oil – as required

 

Method

Thaw K&N's TenderBrest as per instructions on pack and cut lengthwise, into half.

Season with salt, oregano, white pepper, turmeric, lemon juice, chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste and mustard paste. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Skew each marinated fillet on food picks. Drizzle oil on a flat pan and fry skewed TenderBrest fillets till cooked on both sides.

Serve fresh with condiments of your choice.
