- K&N’s TenderBrest - 700 g
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Dried Basil - 1 tsp
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp / to taste
- Dry batter - as required
- Chilled water - 4 cups
- Oil - 3 cups (for frying)
For Dry Batter
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
- Dried thyme - 1 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
Thaw K&N’s TenderBrest as per instructions on pack and cut into half.
In a bowl, add K&N’s TenderBrest, garlic powder, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, white pepper powder, dried basil, oregano, soy sauce and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Coat the marinated TenderBrest pieces well in dry batter. Dip it in chilled water for 2 seconds and coat them again in the dry batter.
Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
Crispy Fried Chicken is ready. Serve with Chlli Mayo Sauce.
For Dry Batter
Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and set aside. Dry batter is ready.
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
