Ingredients
  • K&N's TenderBrest - 5 fillets
  • Cooking oil - ¼ cup
  • Garlic - 2 tbsp; chopped
  • Onion - ½ cup; julienned
  • Ginger - ¼ cup
  • Red chillies - 2 tsp; crushed
  • Black pepper - ½ tbsp; crushed
  • Mushrooms - ½ cup; sliced
  • Capsicum - ¼ cup; julienned
  • Tomatoes - ½ cup; julienned
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp; strong (¼ cup if light in flavour)
  • Olive oil - ½ tsp; to glaze

 

Method

Thaw K&N's TenderBrest fillets as per instructions on pack and cut into strips.

In a wok, heat oil and sauté garlic for half a minute.

Add TenderBrest fillet strips, and let cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add onion, ginger, red chillies, black pepper and stir for a minute to blend flavours.

Add mushrooms, capsicum, tomatoes and mix together.

Add soy sauce and olive oil and sauté till TenderBrest fillets are fully cooked.

Serve hot with a bowl of rice.
