Ingredients
- K&N's TenderBrest - 4 fillets
- Vegetable and Cheese Stuffing – as required
- Plain Flour – ½ cup
- Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Paprika – ½ tsp
- Egg – as required for coating
- Breadcrumbs – as required
- Mozzarella Cheese – as required; grated
Method
Thaw K&N's TenderBrest as per instructions on pack.
Place each fillet in plastic wrap and pound. Remove from bag and add stuffing.
Roll each fillet and secure shape by inserting toothpicks on top.
In a bowl mix flour with salt and black pepper. Coat each stuffed TenderBrest fillet in flour, then egg and bread crumbs. Shallow-fry till golden brown and dish out into baking tray with foil.
Add cheese and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or till cheese melts.
Serve warm with condiments of your choice.
Cheese Stuffing:
Ingredients
- Carrots – 2; grated
- Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese – ½ cup each; grated
- Green Onion – 1 cup; chopped
- Garlic – 1 tsp; finely chopped
- Oregano – ½ tsp
- White Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Crushed Black Pepper – ½ tsp
- Egg – 1
Method
Mix all ingredients and set aside.
