Ingredients
  • K&N's Thunder Fillet - 4 fillets
  • Tortilla dough - 4 servings
  • Garlic mayo sauce - as required
  • Lettuce - as required
  • Tomatoes - as required; sliced
  • Onion - as required; julienned
  • Pickled cucumber - as required; sliced

 

Method

Make dough balls for tortillas, roll flat, and toast both sides in a flat pan.

Lay a tortilla and add garlic mayo sauce, lettuce and pickled cucumber.

Fry K&N's Thunder Fillet as per instructions on pack and cut into thick strips. Lay Thunder Fillet strips on tortilla and add more garlic mayo sauce.

Roll and wrap in parchment paper to secure shape.

Repeat with all.

Serve with garlic mayo sauce or condiments of your choice.

 
Ingredients

Mayo Garlic Sauce:

  • Fresh coriander - ¼ cup
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Green chillies - 4; chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Mayonnaise - ½ cup
  • Yogurt - 3 tbsp

 

Home-made Tortilla:

  • Cornmeal - 1 cup
  • Plain flour - ¾ cup
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Luke warm water - as required

 

Method

Mayo Garlic Sauce:

Grind fresh coriander, garlic, green chillies, lemon juice, and salt.

Separately take mayonnaise and add grinded ingredients and yogurt. Whisk together and set aside.

 

Home-made Tortilla:

Mix all ingredients and gradually add water, to knead into a firm dough.
