Ingredients
  • K&N’s Thunder fillets - 4 fillets
  • Potatoes - 4; boiled
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
  • Sweet corns - ¼ cup; mashed
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp 
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Coriander - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - as required; grated
  • Cheddar cheese - as required; grated
  • Egg - 1; beaten 
  • Breadcrumbs - as required 
  • Oil - for frying
  • Cheese slices - as required

 

For Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise - ½ cup
  • Mustard paste - 1½ tbsp
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste 
  • Paprika - ½ tsp 
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

 

Method

Take mashed potatoes in a bowl, add green chilli paste, mashed sweet corns, salt, red chilli flakes, garlic powder, black pepper powder, coriander and mix well.

Take some amount of potato mixture in your hand, top it with cheese, add some more potato mixture on top and make a cutlet-like shape. 

Dip potato patty in egg and then coat in bread crumbs. 

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry potato patty on medium flame from both sides until light golden brown in color. Set aside.

Fry K&N’s Thunder Fillet as per instructions on pack.

Take one fried K&N’s Thunder Fillet and drizzle honey mustard sauce on it.

Place fried potato patty, place a cheese slice and drizzle sandwich sauce on top.

Cover it with another fried K&N’s Thunder Fillet and it’s ready. Serve your delicious crispy no bun sandwich and enjoy every bite.

 

For Honey Mustard Sauce:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Your honey mustard sauce is ready. Set aside.

 

Sandwich Sauce:
Ingredients
  • Mayonnaise - ½ cup
  • Sour cream - ¼ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Paprika powder - ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

 

Method

In a bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, paprika powder, lemon juice and salt.

Whisk all ingredients well; sandwich sauce is ready. Set aside.
