Ingredients
- K&N's Thunder Fillet - 550g
- Mayonnaise - 2 cups
- Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Basil Leaves - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Thyme - 1 tsp; chopped
- Green Onion - 1 tbsp; chopped
- White Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
- Milk - 4 tbsp
- Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
- Fresh Parsley - as required for garnishing
- Cherry Tomatoes - as required for garnishing
- Fettuccine Pasta - 200g ; boiled
Method
In a bowl add mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt, basil leaves, thyme, green onion, white pepper powder, milk, and olive oil.
Add boiled pasta, mix, and shift to serving dish.
Fry K&N's Thunder Fillet as per instructions on pack and cut into thick strips.
Place Thunder Fillet on pasta salad and serve fresh.
