- K&N’s Thunder Fillets – 3 fillets
- K&N’s Stok - 1 cube
- Macaroni - 1 cup; boiled
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tsp; chopped
- Onion - ¼ cup; chopped
- Tomatoes - ½ cup; chopped
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Red chilli flakes - ½ tsp
- Cumin powder - ½ tsp
- Chaat masala - ½ tsp
- White pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cream - ½ cup
- Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese - 1 cup; grated
- Green bell pepper - ½ cup; cubed
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Coriander - for garnish; chopped
In a pan of slight salty water add macaroni and boil until fully done. Rinse in cold water to avoid sticking, and set aside.
In a separate pan heat oil, add garlic and sauté for a minute then add onion and cook until translucent. Add tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add tomato paste, K&N’s Stok and cook for 2 minutes.
Then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder red chilli flakes, cumin powder, chaat masala, white pepper powder and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Add water if required.
Add milk and give it a boil on medium flame.
Then add cream, cheddar cheese and mix well on medium flame.
Lastly add boiled macaroni, green bell pepper and oregano and mix to combine.
Fry K&N’s Thunder Fillet as per instructions on pack. Cut into strips.
Dish out the mac and cheese on a serving plate and top it with fried K&N’s Thunder Fillet.
Garnish with coriander and red chilli flakes. Masala mac n cheese is ready to serve.
