Method

Deep fry K&N's Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack and set aside.

Lay pita bread in a muffin tray and bake for 4 to 5 minutes, to form cups.

Prepare garlic-mayo sauce by adding garlic, red chilli and parsley to 1 cup mayonnaise.

Mix well to combine, and set aside.

Place baked Arabian bread cups and spread a dollop of garlic-mayo sauce on each.

Layer each bread with fried Shami Kabab.

Press the kababs in using a spoon, creating a bed of Shami Kabab on each bread.

Layer each bread with a tomato slice, cucumber slice, celery leaves and onion slices.

Add another dollop of garlic-mayo sauce to each bread.

Top each with iceberg lettuce, fried Shami Kabab and a spoon of garlic-mayo sauce, and serve.
