Prepare K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
In a bowl add white sauce, chilli sauce, oyster sauce, mustard paste and spring onion; mix well.
Take 2 samosa patti and place it cross-wise.
Add a layer of white sauce, K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz and mozzarella cheese.
Fold samosa patti in box shape and seal it well with slurry. Coat patties in beaten eggs and bread crumbs.
In a pan, heat oil and fry until golden brown from both side.
Serve with ketchup or chilli garlic sauce.
In a pan, add oil and melt butter then add onion and sauté it for 2 minutes.
Add all-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add milk (whisk continuously).
Add salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, garlic powder, mixed herbs and mix well.
Add K&N’s Stok cube and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until thick on medium low flame.
Add yellow bell pepper and red bell pepper, mix well and set aside.
